Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the invoice. You can simply exchange it or, we will provide a full refund – providing of course that the piece is returned to us in saleable condition.
If you decide on a replacement. all we ask is that you cover the cost of postage and packing – US$7.50. In the unlikely event that something in your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
Shipping
We are pleased to be able to offer FREE shipping with HK Post. If you need expedited shipping by FEDEX or Express Mail, please contact us for additional shipping charges.
Customs Duty
While we are delighted to ship orders overseas, Alterknit does not accept responsibility for any import duty that may be levied on an order. We advise customers to check on import policies prior to purchase.
